Spa Regulations

• All guests using the SPA must observe a respectful behavior inside our facilities, in order to guarantee privacy and tranquility to other guests.
• It is obligatory to wear a bathing suit in the mixed jacuzzi and chill out areas.
• It is compulsory to take a shower before using the jacuzzi.
• It is forbidden to consume food inside the jacuzzi, sauna or steam bath.
• It is forbidden to use the jacuzzi, sauna or steam bath, in case of having contagious diseases or open wounds.
• Please do not shower, soap or apply body products inside the jacuzzi, sauna or steam bath.
• Please do not run or play inside Spa facilities.
• Do not drink alcoholic beverages before using the jacuzzi or taking any treatment, if you do so, you will have to wait three hours.
• Children are not allowed in the Spa facilities unless they are accompanied by an adult.
• The Spa Manager is authorized to forbid the entrance to any person who breaches these regulations or who, in his/her opinion, may damage the facilities or be dangerous for other guests.
